Description

Winamp is a high-quality MPEG audio player that plays MP2 and MP3 audio streams. It also has a good playlist editor and a graphic equalizer with user-definable presets that can automatically load specific files. In addition, Winamp now features Windows Media Technology 4.0 input/output support. It also has an standard Fraunhofer MP3 decoder. It is the winner of the 1999 Shareware Industry Award for Best Sound Program/Utility.
